Under the Skin
This film by far the best project I have worked on. The director Jonathon Glazer is a visionary in my opinion and this is one of many projects I worked upon for him during my time at One of Us.
As well as looking after the code-base for the animation pipeline and render farm tools, I spent a lot of my time on this project developing a skin peeling-away effect for the underwater sequence seen at the end of the trailer below. I achieved this using a pressure based setup in Maya's Ncloth.
If you haven't seen this film I highly recommend it as parts of it are horrifying
